ABERDEEN, Md. (February 20, 2019)— Benfield Electric, a Maryland-based, family-owned and operated electrical contractor, is pleased to announce the hire of Deborah Nosler, PHR, SHRM-CP as its Human Resources Manager.
In her role as Human Resources Manager, Nosler will provide human resources solutions for Benfield Electric through enhancing the company’s processes, policies, compliance, and employees. She is committed to delivering an “employer of choice” employee culture.
Nosler brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources to Benfield Electric. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s in human resource development from Towson University. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CP).

Nosler is an active member of a variety of prominent human resources organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Chesapeake Human Resource Associate (CHRA).
